Job Description:
Role: Automation Engineer (HMI Programming & Integration)
Location: Maroli, Surat (Partial travelling to customer's site as and when required)
Responsibilities:
- Conducted development, testing, and commissioning of process equipment projects.
- Work on instrumentation areas like DTP, LT, PT, TT, etc.
- Understand electrical diagram and specification for installation and commissioning.
- Trouble shooting and error resolution.
Performance Matric:
- Commissioning timeliness and quality
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution time
- Adherence to electrical and instrumentation standards

HMI or PLC system integration accuracy
- Instrument installation and calibration accuracy
- Documentation and report submission timeliness
- Coordination with internal teams and customers
- Safety and compliance adherence
- Site readiness and travel effectiveness
Competencies:
- PLC & HMI programming
- Commissioning and Installation
- Basic Ladder logic - Electrical diagram knowledge
- CAD - Instrument knowledge (DPT, LT, PT, TT, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education & Experience:

Diploma / BE - Electrical / Instrumentation and Control

2 to 4 years of experience in automation field.
