Position: CRM Executive
Location: Daman
Experience: 9 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention.
- Coordinate between Sales, Production, and Customer teams.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM software regularly.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions.
- Prepare customer reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
- Support sales team in lead management and customer follow-ups.
- Improve customer experience and service quality standards
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective Communication

- Time Management
- Data Analysis Skills
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
