Position: Regional Manager – Sales & Marketing
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 8 - 12 years

Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve regional sales targets for packing and bagging machinery.
- Identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and customer segments.
- Support divisional sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in the assigned region.
- Provide solutions-oriented support for new projects, retrofits, and repeat business.
Market Development:
- Expand market presence by identifying and developing new accounts.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain a network of agents, consultants, and channel partners.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Ensure proper use of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, service calls, and performance.
- Submit regional sales and revenue reports to AGM/GM with realistic forecasts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, proposals, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities.
- Provide customer feedback to design and R&D teams for product improvements.
Accountabilities:
- Accountable for sales revenue, customer acquisition and retention.
- Responsible for timely achievement of sales targets and expansion of customer base.
- Decisions directly impact regional business growth and company reputation.
- Operates with moderate autonomy; strategic directions require AGM/GM consultation.

- Requires evaluative judgment in balancing sales growth with customer satisfaction.
- Must resolve customer challenges through effective engagement and negotiation.
- Operates within defined frameworks but often needs to innovate solutions for regional customer needs.
Communication Requirements:
- Regular interaction with customers, agents, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Must communicate sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports clearly to AGM/GM.
- Requires tact, influence, and clarity in negotiations and customer discussions.
Working Conditions:
- Working remotely with occasionally travel to Head office, Factory, customer sites, and internationally.
- Exposure to trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Must adapt to dynamic business timelines and customer
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical + MBA - Marketing
Salary: - Up to 12.00 LPA
