Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart and well-organized female candidate (age 30 years and above) who can efficiently handle incoming service calls and allocate tasks to the respective teams. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and comfortable using basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer service calls professionally

  • Register and maintain service requests

  • Allocate service calls to field teams efficiently

  • Coordinate between customers and service technicians

  • Maintain daily service reports and records in Excel

  • Follow up on pending service jobs and ensure timely closure

  • Provide regular updates to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and call-handling skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email)

  • Organized, responsible, and proactive

  • Ability to multitask and manage service schedules

  • Prior experience in service coordination/customer support preferred

Eligibility

  • Female candidate

  • Age: 30 years and above

  • Experience in similar role preferred
