Job Description:
- Responsible for providing HR support for the Zone with a focus on Distribution teams and supporting HR initiatives, initiated from HO
- Recruitment of competent employees
- Employee engagement & retention
- Employee feedback & counseling
- Performance Management
- Employee Development
- HR Operations
Meet all manpower requirements for respective zones
- Ensure that all vacancies are filled within the TAT
- Hire through referrals
- Coordinate with HO to ensure that all communication and documentation regarding Recruitment takes place as per laid down process Employee retention with a focus on Distribution channels
- Study attrition trends
- Understand employee & market related dynamics
- Conduct exit interviews, document the same and forward relevant information and papers to HO
- Institute and implement process for inducting new employees Ensure quality of recruitment
- Hire and develop relationships with exclusive search firms, coordinate with Recruitment team at HO to establish relationshipwith NAUKRI, hire through employee referral
- Manage costs within business plan nos.
- Implement various selection mechanisms (including tests) Development plans for top 20% employees in the channel
- Facilitate identification of development plans
- Facilitate implementation of training calendar
