Job Description:
  • Responsible for providing HR support for the Zone with a focus on Distribution teams and supporting HR initiatives, initiated from HO
  • Recruitment of competent employees
  • Employee engagement & retention
  • Employee feedback & counseling
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Development
  • HR Operations

 

Meet all manpower requirements for respective zones

  • Ensure that all vacancies are filled within the TAT
  • Hire through referrals
  • Coordinate with HO to ensure that all communication and documentation regarding Recruitment takes place as per laid down process Employee retention with a focus on Distribution channels
  • Study attrition trends
  • Understand employee & market related dynamics
  • Conduct exit interviews, document the same and forward relevant information and papers to HO
  • Institute and implement process for inducting new employees Ensure quality of recruitment
  • Hire and develop relationships with exclusive search firms, coordinate with Recruitment team at HO to establish relationshipwith NAUKRI, hire through employee referral
  • Manage costs within business plan nos.
  • Implement various selection mechanisms (including tests) Development plans for top 20% employees in the channel
  • Facilitate identification of development plans
  • Facilitate implementation of training calendar
