Job Description:
Position: Producion Engineer ( Paint Shop)
Location: Zaroli near by Vapi
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Industries: Automobile
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day Paint Shop production activities.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, pre-treatment, primer, base coat, and top coat application.
- Monitor paint parameters such as viscosity, thickness (DFT), temperature, and curing time.
- Control defects like orange peel, sagging, pinholes, blistering, and dust particles.
- Maintain production efficiency and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Reduce paint consumption and optimize material usage.
- Coordinate with Quality & Maintenance teams for process improvement.
- Handle manpower planning and shift management.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Automotive Paint Shop processes (Liquid Painting / Powder Coating).
- Understanding of Conveyor systems, Spray guns, Paint booths, Ovens, and Pretreatment lines.
- Familiarity with TPM, OEE, and root cause analysis.
Required Qualification: - Any Engineering
Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
