Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Service Executive to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment installed on HEMMs (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery) and MHEs (Material Handling Equipment) across customer sites in India. The role involves close customer interaction, on-site technical support, and participation in long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities

Install company products on HEMMs and MHEs at customer locations across PAN India.

Perform troubleshooting during installation, quality checks, and incoming inspections.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment.

Explain equipment functionality, safety procedures, and operational guidelines to customers.

Demonstrate new features and recommend suitable upgrades when applicable.

Provide timely and accurate feedback from customers to internal teams.

Lead or support field projects as assigned.

Respond to breakdowns and emergency service calls within defined timelines.

Maintain service reports, installation records, and project documentation.

Technical Skills

Installation and maintenance of HEMMs / MHEs

Electrical & electronics troubleshooting

Reading electrical diagrams and schematics

Equipment commissioning and testing

Preventive & breakdown maintenance

Educational Qualifications

ITI – Fitter / Electrician
OR

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Experience Required

Hands-on experience in maintenance, installation, or servicing of HEMMs / MHEs

Prior field service or on-site technical support experience preferred
