Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Janakpuri, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand per month
Experience: 1–4 Years
Industry Preference: Sales / Service / B2B / B2C

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and revenue generation. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, lead conversion, achieving sales targets, and handling a small team of 2–3 members.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other outbound sales activities

Convert qualified leads into customers through effective sales pitching

Maintain and update CRM data regularly

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Handle and guide a team of 2–3 sales executives

Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

Experience in lead generation and lead conversion

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Team handling experience preferred
