Job Description
We are looking for a Photoshoot & Creative Production Manager who will take complete
ownership of planning and executing photoshoots for Sudathi. The person will be
responsible for model selection, studio coordination, shoot planning, backdrop decisions,
saree allocation, and end-to-end shoot management to ensure consistent, premium, and
sales-focused outputs.
Key Responsibilities
1) Photoshoot Planning & Management
● Plan and manage end-to-end photoshoot schedules for Sudathi sarees.
● Ensure shoots are completed on time as per launch timelines.
● Coordinate shoot requirements such as saree delivery, accessories, styling, and
logistics.
2) Model Identification & Coordination
● Identify and shortlist the best models as per saree category, design, and target
audience.
● Coordinate with models for availability, outfit details, shoot instructions, and timelines.
● Maintain a model database with performance feedback and suitability mapping.
3) Studio & Vendor Coordination
● Coordinate with multiple studios/photographers/videographers for shoot booking and
execution.
● Negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables with studios.
● Ensure the studio team understands the expected quality, angles, and brand
aesthetics.
4) Backdrop & Styling Decisions
● Decide the most suitable backdrops/themes based on saree type (festive, daily wear,
party wear, wedding, etc.).
● Ensure overall shoot styling is aligned with Sudathi’s brand look and selling style.

● Coordinate props, mood boards, and references for consistent outputs.
5) Saree Allocation & Shoot Mapping
● Decide which sarees should be shot in which studio based on capability, lighting, and
style.
● Allocate sarees to models based on body type, skin tone, and saree drape suitability.
● Finalize mapping of: Saree → Model, Saree → Studio, Saree → Backdrop/theme.
● Track each saree’s shoot status (pending / in-progress / completed).
6) Output & Quality Control
● Ensure all required shots are captured (front, back, pallu, close-up, blouse, detailing).
● Review raw outputs and ensure brand quality standards are met.
● Coordinate with editing team for final delivery timelines (if applicable).
7) Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain shoot sheets and tracking reports for every saree shoot.
● Share daily/weekly updates with the internal team.
● Keep records of studio performance, costs, and output quality.
What We’re Looking For
● Prior experience in managing fashion shoots, e-commerce shoots, or apparel
production.
● Good understanding of styling, saree draping, backdrops, and visual aesthetics.
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple shoots simultaneously.
● Comfortable working with models, photographers, and studio teams.
● Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills.
● Fashion / D2C experience is a plus.
