Job Description:
Position: Asst. Manager - EHS
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Industries: Plastics
Responsibilities:
- Implement & monitor plant Safety Management System
- Conduct safety inspections, unsafe act/condition reporting & closure
- Carry out Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA) and corrective actions
- Accident / near miss investigation & reporting
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Environment & Fire norms
- Support ISO 45001 & 14001 implementation and audits
- Coordinate mock drills, safety trainings & awareness programs
- Monitor contractor safety & shop-floor compliance
- Prepare MIS, monthly SHE reports & audit closure tracking
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety & EHS legal compliance
- Manufacturing plant safety experience
- Incident investigation & root cause analysis
- Good coordination & communication skills
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach
Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B. Tech - Environment/Chemical + ADIS
Salary: - Upto 7.00 LPA
