Jr Executive - Maintenance

Job Description:

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.

• Attend and resolve mechanical breakdowns within minimum downtime.

• Maintain proper maintenance records and history sheets.

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repetitive failures.

2️⃣ Equipment Handling

• Maintenance of reactors, pumps, compressors, agitators, heat exchangers, centrifuges, and pipelines.

• Alignment, lubrication, and calibration of rotating equipment.

• Overhaul of gearboxes, valves, and mechanical seals.

3️⃣ Utility & Support Systems

• Maintenance of boilers, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, and utility lines.

• Monitoring of utility consumption and efficiency improvement.

4️⃣ Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety standards (HSE guidelines).

• Work permit system compliance during maintenance activities.

• Maintain 5S in maintenance area.

5️⃣ Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain spare parts inventory control.

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and stores department.

• Vendor management for external maintenance services.
