Job Description:
A Printing Operator (Screen/Offset/Lemi Tube) is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing machinery to produce high-quality prints.
Offset Printing Operator Key Responsibilities-
- Machine Setup: Preparing and operating offset presses (e.g., Heidelberg CD102/SM74).
- Ink & Register Management: Controlling ink levels, damping, and side/circumferential register for accurate printing.
Screen Printing Operator Key Responsibilities-
- Stencil Preparation: Creating, exposing, and cleaning screens for designs.
- Ink Mixing: Loading and mixing, inks to match design specifications.
