- Quality assurance: Monitor and test products and services to ensure they meet quality standards
- Quality management: Develop and implement quality assurance programs, and train employees on those programs
- Quality audits: Conduct surprise audits and mock surveys to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Customer service: Provide feedback to management on customer service performance
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Supplier relationships: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Documentation: Maintain records of audit reports, customer records, and quality documentation
