Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the government segment

  • Handle tender searching, bidding, proposal preparation, and submission

  • Build strong relationships with government officials and departments

  • Track tender results and convert opportunities into confirmed orders

  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets

  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to management

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in government business development or sales

  • Good understanding of tendering process and GEM portal

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Self-driven and result-oriented approach
