Job Description:
The Zonal Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, compliance, and procedural accuracy of multiple branches within the Kolkata zone (or West Bengal region). They act as a bridge between the central operations team and regional branches to ensure seamless loan processing, documentation, and customer service.
- Operational Management: Managing end-to-end loan operations, including documentation, loan booking, disbursement, and verification processes for vehicle finance (commercial/personal).
- Process Compliance: Ensuring all branch operations comply with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Team Leadership & Monitoring: Supervising branch operations teams, tracking productivity, and ensuring Turnaround Time (TAT) is met.
- Documentation & Accuracy: Maintaining high-quality documentation standards to minimize risk.
- Branch Support & Training: Providing operational support to branches, conducting training on new processes, and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.
- Audit Compliance: Ensuring audit readiness and timely resolution of audit queries at the zonal level
