Job Description:
An HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) Machine Operator sets up, programs, and operates CNC horizontal machines to produce precision metal components.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing tooling, setting offsets, monitoring production for quality, and performing routine maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Operation: Set up tooling, fixtures, and offsets on HMC machines, ensuring efficient, safe operation.
- Machining Tasks: Perform horizontal boring, milling, turning, and threading.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Tool & Die engineering.
- Experience: 1–5+ years in CNC milling/HMC operating.
