Job Description:
South Indian Bank is hiring Telecallers to support retail banking products by engaging customers over calls, generating leads, and assisting in conversions. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing & potential customers

Promote banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, CASA, Insurance, etc.)

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales team

Explain product features, eligibility & benefits clearly

Maintain daily call reports & follow-up records

Handle customer queries professionally

Ensure compliance with bank policies & telecalling guidelines
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling / Banking / Sales (Freshers can apply)

Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
