Job Description:

South Indian Bank is hiring Telecallers to support retail banking products by engaging customers over calls, generating leads, and assisting in conversions. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing & potential customers

• Promote banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, CASA, Insurance, etc.)

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales team

• Explain product features, eligibility & benefits clearly

• Maintain daily call reports & follow-up records

• Handle customer queries professionally

• Ensure compliance with bank policies & telecalling guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)

• Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling / Banking / Sales (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)

• Target-oriented & confident personality
