Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.

  • Coordinate with clients for order processing, follow-ups, and query resolution.

  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.

  • Track sales orders, dispatch status, and delivery schedules.

  • Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and data analysis for management.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, logistics) for smooth order execution.

  • Handle email communication and customer support activities.

  • Assist in lead management and sales pipeline tracking.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle sales documentation and reporting efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
