SAP PS/PM Competency Lead
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Lead the SAP PS/PM competency and manage the delivery of SAP PS/PM projects.

Design and implement SAP Project System (PS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions based on business requirements.

Manage end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and provide effective SAP solutions.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.

Ensure proper integration of PS/PM with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, CO, and SD.

Provide technical and functional guidance to the SAP PS/PM team.

Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation.

Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills

Strong expertise in SAP PS (Project System) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.

Deep understanding of project management and plant maintenance business processes.

Proven experience in team leadership and project delivery management.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
