Executive Assistant – Partner’s Office
(Location: Ahmedabad – Shapath V, S.G. Highway)
Compensation: ₹8–9 LPA (based on experience)
Reporting To: Partners
Experience: 5–8 years in execu2ve support or opera2ons coordina2on.
Educa2on: Graduate (Commerce / Management preferred but not mandatory).
Standard office hours 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Role Overview
We are seeking a mature, structured and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support the
Partner’s office across multiple ventures, family office activities and select personal
responsibilities.
This role goes beyond routine secretarial support. It requires operational discipline,
business understanding and the ability to act as a coordination bridge across
businesses and stakeholders.
The position is long-term in nature and offers a clear growth pathway into a broader
strategic operations or Chief of Staff role over time.
Core Responsibilities
1. Executive Calendar & Priority Management
• Manage, prioritize and restructure meetings across business and personal
commitments.
• Decline or reschedule meetings when required, aligned to agreed priorities.
• Prepare meeting briefs and post-meeting summaries.
• Maintain structured follow-up trackers to ensure closure.
2. Business Review & MIS Coordination
• Coordinate with teams across Khetibuddy, Verdnt, Aariabiolife and related
entities.
• Collect and organize MIS reports.
• Review data for clarity, completeness and inconsistencies.
• Highlight key observations, risks and focus areas for the Partner.
• Ensure readiness for periodic review meetings.
3. Documentation & Governance Support
• Maintain structured digital and physical filing systems.
• Track key deadlines, compliance items and documentation.
• Assist in preparing governance review packs.

4. Vendor & Administrative Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support basic negotiation and commercial follow-ups.
• Draft professional communications in English.
5. Travel & Personal Administration
• Coordinate visa processes, forex, hotel bookings and documentation once travel
plans are finalized.
• Organize property-related paperwork and records.
• Maintain medical and important personal documentation archives.
• Support select coordination requests from family when required.
Required Skills
• Strong Excel capability (reporting, data organization, dashboards).
• Comfortable using AI tools and digital productivity systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Structured thinker with strong summarization skills.
• Medium but consistent follow-up discipline.
• High discretion and confidentiality.
• Low ego, high ownership mindset.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic multi-venture environment.
Working Structure
• Independent workspace near Partner’s cabin.
• Flexibility required during peak review or travel coordination periods.
• Dual reporting to Partners
