Job Description:

Position:        Store Officer

Location:       Ankleshwar

Experience:    2 - 3 Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Handling of the entire store department, including mechanical & electrical
• Receive and verify the received material against the bill and challan.
• Generating GRN and following the material-wise routing process
• Ensure proper labelling and tagging of the received material.
• Handle returnable and non-returnable challans and ensure data is up to date.  Issuing material to the department, requirement-wise, as per the material requisition slip
• Managing complete Inward and Store data in Excel
• Coordinate the transport of material. Coordinating with the purchase department regarding the ordering of new stock on time
• Identifying and optimizing process bottlenecks.
• Sending “out of stock” & “low stock” items report daily to concerned departments

Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Quick & accurate data entry
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
