Job Title- Bending operator
Location- Oman
Salary- 200-250 OMR
More Preferred - Light pole, high mast, monopole industry
Job responsibilities are as follows:
- Machine Set-up: Selecting, installing, and aligning punches and dies (tooling) for specific jobs.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate bend allowances
- Operation & Programming: Inputting data (angles, length, pressure) into CNC controllers to form parts accurately.and proficiency with CNC press brake controls and metalworking principles.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces using calipers or protractors to verify conformity to the drawing.
- Material Handling: Handling and positioning raw materials, often requiring overhead cranes for heavy plates.
- Drawing Knowledge -Understanding technical drawings and how to read critical drawings for bending the plate.
