Job Description:

Position:       EXIM Executive

Location:       Daman

Experience:    5 - 7 Years

Industries:      Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all export/import customs, shipments
• EXIM document processing and complete banking
• Responsible for all compliances with licenses, banking, DGFT and customs. 
• Build relationships with leading shipping forwarders and shipping lines for preferred rates for the company’s export markets. 
• Updating and Communicating with customers on the shipment status, documentation and payments. 
• Liasoning for all import/export activities including inland ports, CHA, transporters, banks, marketing, purchase and plant team. 
• Sharing analysis and escalating key points on export reports.
• Timely processing of EXIM bills, month end provisions and complete accounting
• Liaise with customs brokers and government authorities to resolve issues related to clearance and customs documentation.
• Prepare Pre and Post export shipment documents
• Prepare and Submitting Post export shipment documents
• Follow up with custom clearance agent for shipping bill filling and releasing BL
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations related to exports and imports including LUT/Bond, GST documentation, and coordination for refund/ITC claims.

 Required Skills: 

• Knowledge of EXIM documentation and procedures
• Understanding of GST related to exports/imports
• Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication Skills 

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation 

Salary : Upto 7.00 LPA
