Position:         Sr. Executive  - Purchase(Opex)

Location:        Ahmedabad

Experience:     5 - 7 Years

Industries:      Pharma

Responsibilities:       

• Responsible for OPEX purchasing activities including consumables, engineering spares, laboratory items, services, utilities, and maintenance materials.

• Handle vendor identification, evaluation, and development as per company procurement policies and GMP requirements.
• Manage the complete procurement cycle including RFQ preparation, quotation comparison, negotiation, and purchase order release.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and services to support production, QA, QC, engineering, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor budget control and cost optimization initiatives for operational purchases.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase planning and requirement forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and company procurement standards.
• Work with ERP systems (SAP or similar) for purchase tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of GMP documentation and compliance.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong coordination with production, stores, QA, and finance teams.

 Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

 Salary: - Upto 10.00 LPA
