Job Description:

Position:        AGM/GM - Strategic planning (PA TO ED)

Location:       Ahmedabad

Experience:    12 – 15 Years

Industries:     Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive support to the Executive Director in strategic planning, reporting, and business coordination.

• Coordinate and track operations across multiple plant locations, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication with the ED.

• Conduct pharmaceutical market research and EXIM data analysis to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.

• Assist in budget planning, financial analysis, and cost monitoring for various pharma business functions.

• Prepare management presentations, MIS reports, and strategic documents for board meetings and leadership reviews.

• Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Production, Quality, and Marketing teams across different plant locations for business updates.

• Identify new product opportunities, market expansion areas, and partnership opportunities in domestic and international markets.

• Track regulatory updates, pharma industry developments, and export-import data relevant to business strategy.

• Improve reporting efficiency by implementing data automation, AI tools, and digital reporting systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry, plant operations, and regulatory environment.

• Experience in coordinating with multiple manufacturing plants or locations.

• Excellent analytical, research, and business planning skills.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

• Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle confidential business information.
