Position: Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute pharmaceutical facility projects, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Oversee development of production areas, cleanrooms, warehouses, and utility facilities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal departments such as production, QA, and validation teams.
- Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
- Assist in project cost estimation, budgeting, and material planning.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Track project progress and resolve site issues to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations such as WHO, FDA, and GMP guidelines.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, reports, and site records.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure site safety and EHS standards are followed during project execution.
