Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
Manage basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Support the team with basic office documentation and coordination.
