Job Description:
Position: Executive - Maintenance & Utility
Location: Pardi
Experience: 3 - 4 Year
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of maintenance materials, spare parts, and services for plant operations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for requirements related to plumbing, civil work, fire protection, and lighting systems.
- Supervise and monitor maintenance activities carried out by external vendors or contractors.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable maintenance vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and service agreements with vendors.
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) using ERP systems.
- Maintain records of vendor quotations, purchase orders, and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid disruption in maintenance operations.
- Assist in basic layout or drawing reviews using CAD software when required.
Required Skills
- CAD Knowledge: Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of plumbing, civil work, fire protection systems, and lighting maintenance.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience using ERP systems for purchase and inventory management.
- Vendor Management: Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
Required Qualification: -Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Civil
Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
