As a Loan Processing Officer at the branch, your role will involve handling the entire Gold Loan operations, ensuring monthly disbursement and book targets are met, and conducting all transactions in compliance with product and process guidelines. You will be responsible for managing Gold Loan customers, addressing their queries, supporting in documentation, and processing loans end-to-end in LOS. Additionally, you will play a key role in resolving audit and compliance queries, meeting insurance cross-sell targets, and managing the training agenda for the branch staff to ensure adherence to procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Handling Entire Gold Loan Operations at the Branch - Ensuring Monthly Disbursement and Book Targets of mapped Branch are achieved - Conducting Loan Transactions in compliance with defined Product and Process guidelines - Calling up Renewal base and ensuring renewal conversion targets are met - Managing all Gold Loan Audit and Compliance related matters - Supporting Branch through Appraiser Identification/Onboarding - Managing Insurance Cross Sell targets - Overseeing the training agenda for the branch staff/DST Qualifications Required: - 2 to 6 years of experience in handling Gold Loan Operations with Gold Loan NBFCs/Banks - Graduation The company is based in India, specifically in Telangana-Boduppal, and the position is a full-time role in Product Sales.
