Job Description:

Service Manager – Industrial Power Equipment

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage service operations for industrial customers, including maintenance of transformers, UPS systems, battery chargers, and generators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service and maintenance activities for industrial clients

  • Supervise service engineers and technicians

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Handle troubleshooting and technical support for equipment

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • 2–7 years experience in service and maintenance of power equipment

  • Strong knowledge of transformers, UPS systems, generators, and batteries

  • Good leadership and customer management skills
