Job Summary

We are looking for a Male HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in our frozen food manufacturing and distribution company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, attendance management, employee coordination, compliance, and factory HR activities. The role requires regular coordination with production staff, warehouse teams, and sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring

Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory workers, supervisors, sales staff, and office employees.

Post job openings on job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.

Conduct initial interviews and candidate screening.

Employee Management

Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.

Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

Support employee onboarding and orientation.

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and statutory deductions.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain proper HR policies and company guidelines.

Factory HR Operations

Handle worker relations and day-to-day HR issues in the factory.

Monitor discipline, attendance, and workforce productivity.

Address employee grievances and workplace issues.

Administration Support

Coordinate with management on HR reports and workforce planning.

Support training programs and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

Ability to handle factory workforce and staff coordination

Knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

Male candidate preferred due to factory operations and field coordination.

Experience in food industry, manufacturing, or FMCG will be preferred.

Ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
