Executive Application Engineer (T.L)
Job Description:
Gender: Female
Work time 09:30am – 6:30pm
Job Purpose
To acquire, maintain, and manage customers across the allotted territory and generate sales for all types of AHUs, Air Washers, Ventilation Systems, and SS / Copper Coils within the company’s product range.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Creating a databank through data mining from various platforms and collecting relevant industry details.

Generating sales leads through Google search, tele-calling, and following up on the same for closure.

Coordinating with the Head Office for equipment sizing and costing.

Coordinating with the Head Office for preparation of quotations and GA drawings.
-
Maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving their queries effectively at the quotation stage.

Following up with customers until finalization of sales.
-
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Maintaining and managing relationships with existing customers.
-
Ensuring all KRAs and KPIs are achieved effectively.

Preparing lead MIS reports, ERP data entry, sales pipeline reports, and sales performance reports on time.

Performing any additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requisite Skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
