Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and ensure smooth execution of work.

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and workers to ensure proper implementation of design plans.

• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project timelines.

• Ensure materials are used efficiently and report any shortages or issues.

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and site regulations.

• Report daily progress updates to the project manager or senior management.

• Handle basic site documentation and maintain work records.

• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to the project manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or fit-out projects.

• Good understanding of interior materials, drawings, and site execution.

• Basic knowledge of reading interior drawings and layouts.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage workers and ensure work quality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential or commercial interior projects.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site pressure.

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
