Project Engineer Electrical

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities • Develop electrical designs including system architecture, electrical schematics, terminal plans, and system block diagrams • Convert project scope into feasible technical solutions through calculations, system design, and component selection • Prepare project documentation including technical specifications, interconnection diagrams, BoMs, manufacturing documentation, and as-built documentation • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure design requirements are met during manufacturing and integration • Configure field instrumentation and communication networks such as Modbus, EtherCAT, and Profibus • Support PLC and SCADA system development, including functional descriptions, testing, and commissioning • Assist with system integration, FAT testing, and product validation • Ensure all engineering designs comply with ISO9001 standards, relevant industry regulations, and internal engineering procedures • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and project teams • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, project management, production, and service teams Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation • 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, instrumentation, or control systems • Knowledge of electrical design principles, load calculations, and component specification • Experience with PLC-based control systems and industrial communication networks • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
