Job Description:
- Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules.
- Supervise cutting, stitching, finishing and packing operations in the factory.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timeline and quality standards.
- Coordinate with merchandising, procurement and quality teams for smooth workflow.
- Manage production staff, line supervisors, tailors and machine operators.
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity of production lines.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, fabrics, trims and accessories.
- Maintain quality standards ad reduce defects or rework.
- Implement cost control and wastage reduction measures.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety and labor regulations.
- Prepare production reports, efficiency reports, and daily production updates.
