The role involves managing direct sales opportunities, building strong relationships with channel partners and brokers, and ensuring successful deal closures through effective client interaction and negotiation. Key Responsibilities • Manage and execute direct sales activities for residential, villa, and luxury real estate projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants. • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property site visits. • Lead sales negotiations and final deal closures with prospective buyers. • Perform regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to convert them into confirmed sales. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue and sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress. • Ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to deal closure. Candidate Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or luxury property projects. • Strong knowledge of direct sales and channel sales management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to confidently handle site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations. • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets and closures
