Position: Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Production
Location: Dadra
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily electroplating production activities as per plan.
- Execute production planning ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material.
- Monitor processes, resolve operational issues, and guide production operators.
- Ensure output meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance in the production area.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel.
- Maintain production records and report key performance metrics.
Required Skills:
