Asst/ Deputy General Manager Site Incharge Rapar Gujarat
Job Description:
Will manage all onsite operations, including construction, installation, and commissioning of solar PV systems. They ensure projects meet safety, quality, and budgetary requirements, coordinate EPC partners, manage teams, and report on progress. This role typically requires 3-10+ years of experience in solar project execution.
- Project Execution & Monitoring: Oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with design drawings, and meet project milestones (e.g., PV installation, substation work).
- Site Safety & Quality Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety (EHS) policies, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality standards for materials and workmanship.
- Subcontractor & Resource Management: Manage on-site manpower, vendors, and subcontractors, coordinating tasks to prevent delays.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, or electrical issues on site.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily site reports, progress trackers (DPRs), and material inventory logs.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact for client representatives, local authorities, and inspectors
