Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Senior Analyst - Risk, Credit & Asset Management at our company. An experienced candidate of 2 to 4 years in Real Estate Funds / Private equity /NBFC / Banks in India with a demonstrated track record in Investments & Asset Management in Real Estate sector would be preferred.
Job Title: Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Investments and Asset Management
Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with external vendors for due diligence (financial, technical & valuation, legal) and
review of due diligence reports and highlighting the key challenges/issues.
• Prepare deal screening summaries to enhance deal origination activity.
• Assess the key risks, weaknesses, and strengths of a transaction. Also, analyze and reconcile deal
information.
• Responsible for seamless flow of information/data from the clients & vendors.
• Coordinating with internal credit, operations, fund raising and finance/accounts teams.
• Preparation of credit appraisal note for IC approval.
• Documentation & execution of the transaction.
• Handle asset management operations of real estate investments - Approval of payments, NOCs,
updating cash flows, cover calculations, and conducting site visits.
• Monitor the progress of real estate assets in the portfolio and obtain understanding of the project at ground level. Also, ensure compliances with business plan and covenants agreed.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly updates for various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is required.
• An MBA or master’s degree in construction management or a related field will be preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate Funds / Private Equity / NBFC / Banks in India with a demonstrated track record in Investments & Asset Management in the Real Estate sector would be preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
