Hiring Chief Marketing Manager in Ahmedabad Location

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement a cohesive, customer focused marketing strategy for domestic and international markets.
• Lead and manage all marketing functions across the organization.
• Set, track and report on departmental goals and performance metrics.
• Plan, allocate and manage marketing budgets aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with operations to align product strategies with customer needs and market demand.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities, including new geographies and sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in a marketing leadership role within an industrial or B2B environment.
• At least 13 years of total marketing experience, preferably in Carbon, Ceramics, Automotive, or allied industries.

Location: Kolkata or Delhi (Depends on the canddiated current location)

Salary Negotiable based on current salary and experience.
