Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects. The role involves overseeing project planning, managing on-site construction operations, supervising repair and maintenance activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Design Coordination

Review project requirements and prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.

Coordinate with design and development teams for drawings, revisions, and technical approvals.

Ensure designs meet quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Evaluate project feasibility, materials, and resource requirements before project initiation.
2. Project Execution & Site Management

Lead and supervise all construction activities at project sites.

Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment as per project requirements.

Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed according to project timelines.

Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
-
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
3. Repair & Maintenance Management

Oversee repair and maintenance work for company projects and properties.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance requirements.

Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
-
Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for necessary materials and support.
4. Procurement & Material Coordination

Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for timely procurement of materials.
-
Verify material quality and ensure proper utilization at project sites.
-
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or wastage.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.

Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Review and approve vendor bills, work progress certificates, and service invoices.
6. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure construction work meets company quality standards.

Implement quality control procedures at every stage of the project.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
7. Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and labor teams.

Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to team members.

Provide training and guidance to improve team efficiency.

Coordinate with management, finance, HR, and other departments.
8. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
-
Report project risks, challenges, and mitigation plans to management.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction project management.

Strong experience in site management, project execution, and team supervision.

Good knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
