Role Overview:
Looking for a dynamic professional to manage radiator production line operations during shift, ensuring smooth workflow, production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise production activities and manage manpower during the shift
• Monitor production output and ensure quality standards
• Handle shop floor operations and machine start-up/shutdown
• Lead operators and technicians, maintain discipline and productivity
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and company policies
• Prepare shift reports and coordinate with maintenance, planning, and quality teams
Preferred Background:
✔ Experience in automotive manufacturing / radiator production / heat exchanger industry
✔ Knowledge of production processes, quality systems (IATF / ISO / OHSAS)
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
