Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
-
Conduct joining formalities and employee induction programs.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.

Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
-
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HRMS or attendance systems.

Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing and statutory deductions.
4. HR Administration
-
Maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
-
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
5. Employee Engagement
-
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
-
Support initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
6. Compliance & Statutory Support
-
Assist in compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Maintain compliance records and HR reports.
