Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead – Implementation to manage and drive successful deployment of our software solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation team, ensure smooth onboarding of customers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery

  • Execute end-to-end implementation of software solutions for clients including configuration, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Perform system setup, data migration, integration coordination, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide client training, onboarding, and post-implementation support.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.

Implementation Leadership

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of software solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Plan, monitor, and execute implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • Ensure project timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.

Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions to clients.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the implementation team.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Build a high-performance team focused on delivery excellence.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to resolve implementation challenges.
  • Communicate product feedback and enhancement requests from clients to internal teams.

Project Governance

  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare project status reports and implementation dashboards for leadership.
  • Ensure proper documentation of implementation processes.

Customer Success

  • Ensure smooth adoption of the product by customers.
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during implementation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive long-term customer satisfaction

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle
  • Experience in enterprise software / SaaS implementation
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in documentation, project tracking tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
