- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
- Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and dispatch.
- Maintain customer records and sales data.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch team for timely delivery.
- Support the sales team in daily operations.
- Resolve customer queries and provide product information.
