Assistant Lead Land Acquisition Chhattisgarh and Haryana

Job Description:

• Lead and manage land acquisition activities for renewable (solar and wind) projects across Tamil Nadu.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable land parcels through direct purchase or lease arrangements.
• Coordinate and liaise with landowners, local authorities, government bodies, and legal advisors to facilitate land acquisition.
• Ensure thorough due diligence, including title verification, mutation, and conversion of land for project development.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders at the village, district, and state levels to smoothen acquisition processes.
• Be well-versed with legal documentation, regulatory procedures, and compliance requirements related to land and renewable energy projects in Tamil Nadu.
• Prepare and maintain land acquisition reports, status trackers, and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support regulatory approval processes, including coordination with revenue departments, TNREDCL, TANGEDCO, and other statutory bodies.
• Assist in obtaining necessary no-objection certificates (NOCs), land use clearances, and conversion certificates.
• Handle liaison activities with local administration, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure seamless project development.
• Resolve land-related issues and risks during the lifecycle of the project.
