Job Description:

Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
 Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
 Handle hiring for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Leadership roles.
 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
 Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.


2. Stakeholder Management
 Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
 Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
 Ensure timely closure of open positions.


3. Employer Branding
 Promote the company as an employer of choice through job portals, social media, and recruitment events.
 Manage company presence on LinkedIn, job portals, and career pages.


4. Recruitment Planning & Analytics
 Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
 Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.


5. Vendor & Agency Management
 Manage relationships with recruitment consultants and staffing partners.
 Negotiate terms and ensure quality candidate pipelines.

6. Candidate Experience & Onboarding
 Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
 Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Required Qualifications
 MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

Experience
 Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Corporate Recruitment.
 Experience in corporate hiring, leadership hiring, and stakeholder management preferred.
