Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Handle hiring for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Leadership roles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.
2. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
3. Employer Branding
Promote the company as an employer of choice through job portals, social media, and recruitment events.
Manage company presence on LinkedIn, job portals, and career pages.
4. Recruitment Planning & Analytics
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
5. Vendor & Agency Management
Manage relationships with recruitment consultants and staffing partners.
Negotiate terms and ensure quality candidate pipelines.
6. Candidate Experience & Onboarding
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Required Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Corporate Recruitment.
Experience in corporate hiring, leadership hiring, and stakeholder management preferred.
