Hiring Technical Support Executive for Made in India Laser Printer &MFD Manufacturer in Gujarat

Job Description:

Role Overview
Looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide on-site and remote technical
assistance for its laser printers and MFDs deployed across Government customers. The role
will support installations, troubleshooting, and coordination with service partners to ensure
high uptime and customer satisfaction in GeM, corporate, and tender-based projects.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
• Perform installation, configuration, and network setup of Printmark laser printers and

MFDs
• Conduct basic user orientation and handover at customer sites
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues
• Attend break-fix calls and ensure timely closure within SLA
• Coordinate with spare/logistics team for parts replacement

Project & Tender Support
• Provide technical inputs during pre-sales demos and POCs
• Support documentation for technical compliance in bids/tenders
• Assist in site readiness assessments where required

Customer Coordination & Reporting
• Maintain service visit reports, call logs, and closure documentation
• Ensure proactive communication with customers on call status and ETA
• Escalate critical issues as per defined escalation matrix

Compensation
• Travel reimbursement and performance incentives as per company policy

Working Conditions
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Eligibility & Requirements
• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electronics, IT, or related field
• Experience in printer/MFD servicing or IT hardware support preferred
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP configuration, driver installation)
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer handling ability
• Own two-wheeler (Bike) with valid license — Mandatory
