Job Description:
- Cable Installation & Management: Supervise and perform AC/DC cable laying, pulling, and termination for solar modules, inverters, and transformers.
- Design & Engineering: Prepare cable routing, trenching layouts, and cable sizing calculations (AC/DC) to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
- Site Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and laborers to execute electrical installations, ensuring compliance with design drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct and supervise testing procedures, including continuity tests, insulation resistance (IR) tests, and Megger tests on cabling.
- Equipment Coordination: Install and troubleshoot electrical equipment, including String Monitoring Boxes (SMB), inverters, switchgear, and transformers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, document, and report on daily progress, test reports, and material usage.
