Site Lead Electrical Solar PV Plant- Amravati, Bikaner , Gujarat

Job Description:

• Installation and commissioning of various onsite Construction project execution
   & Solar plants (100 to 300 MWp Project size preferably)
  ■ Capable to read, understand, evaluate civil, electrical, and mechanical
  drawings finalised by design team and provide necessary inputs time to time to
  design team.
  ■ Provide inputs for As-built documentation.
  ■ Performing, monitoring, supervising all Electrical related activities at solar site. 
  Staying at site and Field visit forsite surveys, installation of solar PV systems
  ■ Material quality & quantity recheck at site as per design & BOM.
  ■ Awareness and strict implementation of Quality and Safety practices set by
  organisation.
  ■ Awareness of relevant I.S & International codes
  ■ Sound knowledge of Construction Site Investigation, Feasibility & technical
  Study, Detailed Design Development, Risk Analysis & Management
  ■
   Manpower Handling skills, Provide Practical Approach and Creativity in Desi
  gn Issues, Equipment & Safety Management, Completing the work within De
  adline.
  ■ Complete the Project with Cost and time set by management.
  ■ Organizing meetings, as required with the contracting team and internal
  stakeholders.
  ■ Ability to manage resources and utilisation as per target.
  ■ Ability to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  ■ Should be willing to work anywhere in India on projects sites
